First, I've had the pleasure of meeting Kamran and been impressed with his knowledge, skills and fantastic customer service. I've now taken four watches to him for assessment and repair, and each time he has assessed them, given clear prices and kept me informed throughout the repair process.

He's replaced batteries in my Accurist and my wife's TAG and undertaken all of the appropriate seal and pressure tests quickly and at a very reasonable cost. He's repaired my TAG and an expensive watch bought by my father in law, which hasn't worked for years. These repairs would have cost a fortune through a high street jeweller, but Kamran has quickly and efficiently fixed both for a really reasonable price. My father-in-law is ecstatic and touched that something so precious to him had been lovingly restored to someone who has a real passion for watches.
